Psych One discussion sections provide students with opportunities to explore course content through hands-on activities and discussions. Students think critically about studies and apply course concepts to real-world problems. Examples include mapping terminology that describes the human brain to actual human brain specimens or applying knowledge of developmental psychology to analyzing the design of children's toys. All Psych One discussion sections are led by carefully selected Teaching Fellows: graduate students and advanced undergraduates who are part of a year-long teaching program.
